A question I get asked often as an officiant in Montreal, Quebec is how long can we expect the wedding ceremony to last? This is a great question, and the answer will vary depending on the package that is chosen. A couple who chooses the basic package can expect the wedding to last about thirty to forty-five minutes while a couple who chooses the Enchanted Wedding Package can expect the wedding to last between forty-five to seventy minutes.
What would make the Enchanted Wedding Package longer?
This is a great questions, many couples choose an officiant because they like and identify with their style, but want a more personal ceremony filled with music, poems, traditions and sometimes even acknowledgements to those who have been lost. Depending on the length of the music, traditions and poems chosen, the length of the ceremony will change.
Will the Basic Package still be special?
Of course, as an officiant, it is my mission to make sure that you and your guests have an amazing time during the ceremony. I work with the event planner, DJ, couple getting married and the individuals at the location to make sure that your day is memorable. Even the basic package is completely personalized according to your tastes.
